AsemconnectVietnam - After dissolving a branch in Dak Nong, Phu Tai Joint Stock Company (code PTB - HOSE floor) continued to dissolve the Granite processing factory in Khanh Hoa province.

On June 11, Phu Tai announced that it would terminate the operation of the branch of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company - Granite Stone Processing Factory in Khanh Hoa province, the reason for dissolution was to restructure the organization of member units.
Previously, in November 2023, Phu Tai Company approved the termination of the branch of Stone Mining Enterprise in Dak Nong - Phu Tai Joint Stock Company Branch No. 5532/23 for restructuring the organization of the Company's member units.
It is known that as of March 31, 2024, Phu Tai owns 18 subsidiaries; 3 affiliated companies; 13 affiliated units. In particular, the Granite Stone Processing Factory in Khanh Hoa province is an affiliated unit, operating mainly in stone exploitation and processing.
In terms of business activities, in the first quarter of 2024, Phu Tai recorded revenue of VND1,436.97 billion, an increase of 2% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND89.94 billion, an increase of 44.2% compared to the same period last year. Of which, gross profit margin improved from 20.2% to 21.1%.
In 2024, Phu Tai plans revenue of VND6,175 billion and pre-tax profit of VND462 billion.
Thus, ending the first quarter of 2024 with pre-tax profit reaching VND109.23 billion, Phu Tai has completed 23.6% of the year's plan.
