DIC Corp (DIG): Profit increase sharply in Q4 2025 thanks to partial sale of Dai Phuoc project

AsemconnectVietnam - DIC Corporation (DIC Corp, ticker DIG - HOSE) recorded a profit of VND423.99 billion in the fourth quarter, bringing the cumulative profit for 2025 to VND623.95 billion, a 509.2% increase compared to the same period last year.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, DIC Corp recorded revenue of VND2,959.7 billion, a 564.4% increase compared to the same period last year; after-tax profit reached VND423.99 billion, a 386.1% increase compared to the same period last year. However, the gross profit margin decreased from 39.3% to 22.1%.
During the period, gross profit increased by 273.3% compared to the same period last year, equivalent to an increase of VND478.78 billion, reaching VND653.99 billion. Financial revenue decreased by 74.5%, equivalent to a decrease of VND48.77 billion, to VND16.65 billion; financial expenses decreased by 47.9%, equivalent to a decrease of VND 23.59 billion, to VND 25.68 billion; selling and administrative expenses increased by 37.9%, equivalent to an increase of VND22.12 billion, to VND80.53 billion; and other activities showed insignificant fluctuations.
Cumulatively in 2025, DIC Corp recorded revenue of VND4,726.2 billion, an increase of 259.5% compared to the same period; after-tax profit reached VND623.95 billion, an increase of 509.2% compared to the same period last year.
In 2025, DIC Corp plans to achieve revenue of VND3,500 billion, a 143.2% increase year-on-year, pre-tax profit of VND718 billion, a 354.2% increase year-on-year, total investment of VND6,690 billion, and expected dividends of 7-10%.
Thus, ending 2025 with pre-tax profit reaching VND818.3 billion, DIC Corp has completed 114% of its annual plan.
Regarding asset size, as of December 31, 2025, DIC Corp's total assets increased slightly by 2.6% compared to the beginning of the year, equivalent to an increase of VND478.66 billion, reaching VND19,017.96 billion. Of this, the main asset recorded is VND6,639 billion in inventory, accounting for 34.9% of total assets; VND6,204.5 billion in short-term receivables, accounting for 32.6% of total assets; VND3,530.2 billion in cash and short-term financial investments, accounting for 18.6% of total assets and other items.
