Tuesday, September 30,2025
AsemconnectVietnam - Fansipan Sa Pa Cable Car Services & Tourism Co., Ltd has just announced its financial situation for the first 6 months of 2025.
The report shows that the enterprise continues to strengthen its equity foundation, improve payment indicators, and place high expectations on the real estate development orientation in the coming period.
According to the announcement at the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), as of June 30, 2025, the company's equity reached more than VND2,221 billion, an increase of more than 25% over the same period in 2024. Owner's investment capital continues to be supplemented, contributing to increasing financial capacity and long-term investment ability.
The highlight in the financial picture is the improvement of payment indicators. Specifically, the current ratio increased from 1.71 times in the previous period to 1.87 times, showing the effectiveness in working capital management, while proactively providing resources to meet short-term financial obligations. Regarding business operations, the Company said that EBITDA in the first 6 months of 2025 reached VND525 billion, an increase of nearly 40% compared to the same period in 2024 due to the core business activities of cable cars and hotels with a large increase in the number of guests. This shows that the Company's business activities are stable, sustainable, and have strong growth momentum in the future as the Company expands its business scope, focusing on medium and long-term investments, causing short-term and long-term assets to increase significantly. These investments will help bring stable profits in the future
The Board of Directors said that the enterprise is in the phase of shifting to real estate investment, so the efficiency of using equity capital in the short term is not high, but it is expected to increase when the investments start to generate profits in the following periods.
With increasingly consolidated equity capital, a gradually balanced financial structure and a new strategic orientation, Fansipan Sa Pa Cable Car Tourism Service Company Limited expects to enter a sustainable growth cycle in the next period.
