Blokhin from Hat Ngoc Troi An Giang team surged ahead in the final stretch, capitalising on strong team support and smart attacks, to outpace Nguyen Nhat Phat of 620 Chau Thoi Vinh Long and Nguyen Anh Huy of Pelio Kenda Dong Nai, who finished second and third respectively. Sprint prizes went to Phat at Sprint 1 and Blokhin at Sprint 2. Pelio Kenda Dong Nai claimed the team title for the stage.

Mikhail Fokin from Loc Troi An Giang retained the Yellow Jersey, while Nick Kergozou from 620 Chau Thoi Vinh Long got the Green Jersey.
