Hai Phat Investment (HPX) plans to grow again in 2025

AsemconnectVietnam - After a business downturn in 2024, Hai Phat Investment JSC (code HPX - HOSE) plans to grow again in 2025, while continuing to focus on restructuring, financial restructuring and balancing capital sources to pay off bond packages in 2025.
In 2025, Hai Phat Investment plans to have a total revenue of VND2,327 billion, and an expected after-tax profit of VND137 billion.
Thus, the profit plan for 2025 is expected to increase by 122.9% compared to the profit recorded in 2024 of VND 61.47 billion.
Hai Phat Investment added that to achieve the goal, the Company will promote product sales in Cao Bang projects, 4 high-rise blocks of Bac Giang project, Hai Yen project, Lao Cai project; Continue to focus on restructuring, financial restructuring and balancing capital sources to pay off bond packages in 2025; continue to restructure ownership ratios at subsidiaries and associated companies; ensure financial indicators and capital safety ratios of enterprises in accordance with regulations and in accordance with listed enterprises; seek capital sources with reasonable capital costs to implement projects on schedule; research and seek investment opportunities for new projects in forms such as auctioning land use rights, M&A, investment cooperation, receiving land use rights transfers in Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Hoa Binh and other provinces and cities with reasonable capital costs. In addition, as planned, on April 26, Hai Phat Investment will hold the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
In terms of business activities, at the end of 2024, Hai Phat Investment recorded revenue of VND1,615.67 billion, down 3.8% over the same period, profit after tax reached VND61.47 billion, down 54.4% compared to the performance in 2023. In which, gross profit margin improved from 17.1% to 32.1%.
