Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment said that its member unit had received the decision to approve the investment policy.
On October 4, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a decision to approve the investment policy and at the same time approved the investor. This is a project with a scale of 5.2 hectares, a total investment capital of VND4,478 billion and the project will provide the market with more than 2,100 products of apartments, townhouses, and shophouses.
Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment added that the project is located in the western part of Ho Chi Minh City.
It is known that in the 2023 Annual Report, in addition to the field of infrastructure construction, Ho Chi Minh City Technical Infrastructure Investment said that it has been participating in the development of many real estate projects. Notably, in the Thu Thiem area (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City), Ho Chi Minh City Technical Infrastructure Investment through its subsidiary, the North Thu Thiem Area One Member Co., Ltd., is in the preparation stage for investment in projects such as Lakeview 4 with an area of 9,474 m2, D'Vernal project with an area of 9,474 m2, Riverfront Residence project with an area of 5,823 m2, The River 2 project with an area of 19,882 m2, Lot 1-18 commercial office building with an area of 6,054 m2... In addition, through its subsidiary, Nam Bay Bay Investment Joint Stock Company, this unit is also investing in the Son Tinh - Quang Ngai Residential Area project with an area of 102 ha, the NBB II High-rise Apartment Project (Ho Chi Minh City) with an area of 7.88 ha, the NBB Garden III High-rise Apartment Project (Ho Chi Minh City) with an area of area of 5.27 ha, the project of high-class resort combined with residential area De Lagi (Binh Thuan) with an area of 124.53 ha.
