Encourage enterprises to expand their investment scale in both capital sources and scope; to call on large, multinational corporations to participate in investing in important projects in the list of national key projects calling for FDI.
In addition, the Department of Industry will focus on key solutions, effectively implementing business support policies approved by the Government to remove difficulties and obstacles in the production and business activities of enterprises. In particular, in key export industries such as textiles, footwear and foundation industries such as automobiles, mechanics, steel, etc., promote the operation of new industrial production projects to serve export and domestic consumption, increase production development capacity and export goods sources.
Providing additional solutions for industrial development in the coming time, Mr. Pham Tuan Anh emphasized that it is necessary to continue promoting the restructuring of the industrial sector towards increasing the proportion of processing and manufacturing industries and reducing the proportion of processing and assembling for industrial products manufactured in Vietnam.
