AsemconnectVietnam - Phan Vu Investment Joint Stock Company has been continuously selected as a contractor for the construction of concrete pile foundations for the Sun Urban City project, the Port Project in Dong Nai, and the Waste-to-Energy Incineration Plant Project in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mainly operating in the construction sector when providing foundation solutions and precast concrete components, Phan Vu Investment Joint Stock Company has experienced a challenging first half of 2024, when the enterprise faced difficulties in production and business activities due to the slowing growth rate of the market.
However, in the first months of the third quarter of 2024, Phan Vu shared information that it had won a large contract, with a total value of more than VND500 billion, which is the basis for the Company to maintain its workload and is the premise for accounting for revenue and profit in the coming time when implementing construction projects.
One of the notable highlights is that Phan Vu was trusted by the investor Sun Group to carry out the construction of concrete piles for the Sun Urban City Project - Modern City in Phu Ly, Ha Nam, with a total contract value of up to VND150 billion. This project marks the continued cooperation between Phan Vu and Sun Group after a series of previous successes, contributing to affirming Phan Vu's position in providing high-quality foundation solutions for large urban projects. In the Southern region, Phan Vu continued to win a great victory when winning the bid for phase 2 of a Port Project in Dong Nai, with a package to supply centrifugal concrete piles, with a contract value of nearly VND200 billion. Previously, in phase 1 of this project, Phan Vu successfully completed the supply of concrete piles and I-beams with a value of more than VND150 billion. This is a clear demonstration of Phan Vu's ability to ensure the progress and quality of product supply, meeting the strict requirements of key port projects.
Along with transport and urban infrastructure projects, Phan Vu has also achieved significant success in the field of renewable energy. In particular, the Company won the bid for the construction of concrete pile foundations for the Waste-to-Energy Plant Project in Ho Chi Minh City - an important project in the field of green energy, with an estimated value of more than VND100 billion. This is an important step forward, affirming Phan Vu's experience and capacity in participating in renewable energy projects, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam.
Strong progress from the beginning of the third quarter of 2024 not only helps Phan Vu overcome immediate difficulties but also creates momentum for the Company to grow strongly.
