TNG closes the right to pay dividends in shares, rate 8%

Accordingly, the Company plans to issue more than 9 million shares to pay dividends at the rate of 8%, corresponding to shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 8 new shares. The number of decimal shares (if any) will be canceled.
Previously, TNG made two advance payments of 2023 dividends in cash at the same rate of 4% in October 2023 and early February 2024. Thus, TNG's total dividend payout in 2023 is 16%, including 8% in cash and 8% in stocks.
In 2023, TNG's consolidated revenue will reach more than VND7,095 billion; Consolidated profit after tax reached VND219 billion. TNG is among the few textile and garment enterprises that have completed their yearly plan (reaching 104% of the plan, an increase of 4% compared to 2022) and this is a record high revenue level ever for this textile enterprise.
In 2024, the Company plans to maintain a minimum dividend of 16%, of which 8% is paid in cash, the remaining 8% can be in cash or shares. At the same time, the Company has a business plan with revenue targets of VND7,900 billion and profit after tax of VND310 billion, growth of 11.35% and 41.27% respectively compared to the results achieved in 2023.
