Specifically, Resolution No.KDC07/2023/NQ-HĐQT dated April 19, 2023 of the Board of Directors of KIDO Group Joint Stock Company approved the investment policy to control and own a maximum of 70% of the Tho Phat dumpling brand. On August 23, 2023, KIDO Group announced that it had completed the transaction in stages and now accounts for 51% of the company that owns the Tho Phat dumpling brand.
The company that owns the Tho Phat dumpling brand is Tho Phat International Joint Stock Company, established on May 23, 2023. According to registration, the main business of Tho Phat International Joint Stock Company is food wholesale. The company's charter capital at the time of its establishment was VND1 billion, including 6 founding shareholders: Mr. Vu Phuoc Tho accounted for 62% of the shares, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Mai accounted for 31% of the shares, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Lam accounted for 1% of the shares, the remaining shareholders including Vu Tran Thanh Thao, Vu Phuoc Thang, Vu Le Hoang Truc each hold 2% of the shares.
On June 29, 2023, Tho Phat International Joint Stock Company changed its business registration, raising its charter capital to VND585 billion, equivalent to 58.5 million shares.
