Accordingly, the Government assigned the State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV) to closely follow the world economic situations, the macro-economy, international payment balance and the foreign currency market as well as facilitate businesses and economic corporations to get access to development credits.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade is assigned to coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to launch effectively measures to promote exports and limit imports, enhance trade promotion activities to expand market as well as cooperate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to step up negotiations with potential partners to accelerate exports of agricultural products.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will promptly and fully direct social welfare and security policies and mechanism and policies related to jobs.

The Ministries of National Defense and Public Security will guide to promptly prevent and fight sabotage activities, ensure national defense and security and social order as well as maintain territorial independence and sovereignty.
