AsemconnectVietnam - Prosperity and Development Commercial Bank (PGBank - ticker PGB) has just announced its business results for the first 9 months of 2026, with many indicators showing positive changes.

As of September 30, 2026, PGBank's total assets reached VND92,637 billion, an increase of 4.3% compared to the end of 2025. Outstanding customer loans increased by approximately 7.1% compared to the end of 2025. Customer deposits grew steadily, reaching 5.8% compared to the end of 2025; notably, demand deposits (CASA) increased sharply, reaching 32%, creating more room for business operations and credit expansion.
Along with its growth in scale, PGBank is also strengthening its financial capacity by increasing its equity capital to VND8,364 billion, a 27.8% increase compared to the end of 2025; simultaneously, increasing its charter capital to VND7,327 billion, a 33.2% increase compared to VND5,500 billion at the end of 2025, contributing to improved financial capacity and meeting operational safety requirements.
Regarding business results, in the first nine months of 2026, total net revenue increased by 9.6% compared to the same period in 2025, stemming from many core business segments of the bank. In particular, non-interest income from service activities and foreign exchange trading increased significantly, more than doubling compared to the same period, demonstrating the bank's ability to diversify its revenue sources. Pre-tax profit after provisions for the first nine months of the year reached VND630 billion, an increase of 27% compared to the same period in 2025.
PGBank implements a prudent risk management policy, with a non-performing loan ratio of 2.46%, maintaining a safe level as regulated by the State Bank of Vietnam.
The business results for the first nine months of 2026 reflect the expansion of operations, the increase in contributions from non-interest income sources, and the ability to improve business efficiency of PGBank. This provides a basis for the Bank to focus on implementing key tasks in the remaining months of the year, aiming to achieve its business targets for 2026.
