 Thursday, October 22,2026

AsemconnectVietnam - After continuous implementation under unfavorable weather conditions, the 2026 master maintenance campaign of the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant has been completed safely, ensuring quality and meeting the set schedule.

The plant officially returned to operation and began producing products again from October 7, 2026. More than 3,200 items were implemented during the 2026 master maintenance campaign of the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant.
Master maintenance is one of the important tasks to maintain the reliability, safety, and stability of the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant, while also creating a foundation for production in the next phase. During the implementation process, Ca Mau experienced several prolonged periods of heavy rain, significantly affecting construction and working conditions on the site. However, the work was still organized and strictly controlled according to plan. The participating forces maintained continuous coordination, proactively adjusting construction plans to suit actual conditions, and conducting safety checks before deploying each task, thereby ensuring progress without compromising safety.
Under the close guidance of PVCFC and the Plant's leadership, along with the cooperation of engineers, workers, experts, and contractors, the maintenance items were completed according to technical requirements. In particular, tasks of a critical nature to the overall progress were prioritized, implemented synchronously, and strictly controlled.
On the morning of October 5, 2026, the Ca Mau Urea Plant officially resumed operation, and by 2:00 AM on October 7, 2026, the plant had resumed production, marking the completion of the entire 2026 maintenance campaign and readiness for fertilizer production and supply to the market.
The completion of the 2026 maintenance and repair plan is a prerequisite for the Ca Mau Urea Plant to continue its new operating cycle with higher requirements for safety, stability, and efficiency, contributing to ensuring a supply of high-quality fertilizers for agricultural production.
