 Monday, October 19,2026

AsemconnectVietnam - Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DPG) has just announced the signing of a construction contract for a project connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi, with the value of the work directly undertaken by the company reaching over VND1.217 billion.

Specifically, Dat Phuong signed a contract for package XL-02, which includes the construction of the cantilever bridge over the left embankment on the Hanoi side to Km34+900, including the Ninh Hiep interchange. The total contract value of package XL-02, including value-added tax, is over VND10.253 billion, of which the work undertaken by Dat Phuong is exactly VND1.217 billion.
Winning the XL-02 contract brings Dat Phuong's total value of newly signed construction contracts from the beginning of 2026 to over VND7,200 billion.
Previously, DPG's portfolio of newly signed contracts had reached approximately VND6,000 billion, including the Tran Hung Dao bridge contract worth about VND3,000 billion signed in January 2026, and the bridge girder casting and launching contract worth nearly VND918 billion at the Hanoi - Quang Ninh High-Speed Railway project.
The Gia Binh Airport-Hanoi connecting road project is a key transportation project being implemented in Hanoi and Bac Ninh to increase connectivity between the capital and Gia Binh Airport and the logistics network in the northern region.
In terms of scale and actual value of the project, updated progress reports indicate that the actively implemented section has a length of approximately 14.07 km of the main route and about 2.5 km of the connecting road to Tu Lien Bridge in Dong Anh, with a total investment of approximately VND28,794 billion under the public-private partnership model via a BT contract.
The route boasts modern technical standards with a 120m wide corridor, a 10-lane highway, two parallel roads with 3 lanes each, a bridge over the Duong River approximately 1.9 km long, and reserved space for future railway lines.
Regarding business operations, in the first six months of 2026, DPG recorded net revenue of VND2,355.4 billion, an increase of 41.1% compared to the same period last year, and after-tax profit reached VND227.09 billion, an increase of 11%.
In 2026, Dat Phuong aims for consolidated revenue of VND8,513 billion and after-tax profit of VND560.6 billion.
Looking at each business segment in the first half of 2026, the construction sector continues to be the core growth driver for DPG, bringing in VND2,023 billion in revenue, a 51% increase compared to the same period. Gross profit from the construction segment reached VND131 billion, a 30% increase. Conversely, the energy segment recorded a decline with revenue reaching VND278 billion, a 12% decrease compared to the same period, bringing in VND196 billion in gross profit, a 17% decrease.
