AsemconnectVietnam - Overcoming market fluctuations, Binh Duong Water - Environment Corporation (BIWASE) concluded the first 9 months of 2026 with an extremely positive business performance. Not only did it maintain its growth momentum, but its core financial indicators and service network also recorded significant breakthroughs.

The most brilliant highlight of the recent reporting period was the strong breakthrough in profit. The company's consolidated after-tax profit reached VND909 billion, a sharp increase of 26% compared to the same period last year. Notably, this result helped BIWASE exceed its full-year 2026 profit plan by 18% after only 9 months, achieving double-digit growth as targeted by the Government. Simultaneously, consolidated total revenue reached VND4,130 billion, achieving 106% compared to the same period last year and completing 76% of the annual plan. Furthermore, the financial momentum is expected to continue as the company still has approximately VND36,814 billion in estimated unrecorded revenue from wastewater treatment from June to September and the second dividend payment from Tan Hiep Water Investment JSC.
This outstanding profit performance is largely due to the efforts of the management team at all levels, from the parent company to the subsidiaries, with their dedication to developing production and business, improving management capacity, and reducing unnecessary costs. During the period, consolidated total expenses were optimally controlled at VND3,122 billion, remaining almost unchanged with only a 1% increase compared to the same period. This is clear evidence of the effectiveness of the comprehensive restructuring process, especially after the strategic move to transform 8 water supply branches into 4 large-scale water supply branches.
Alongside financial performance, BIWASE's service network continues to expand strongly. BIWASE's water supply system successfully connected an additional 15,099 new customers. The continuous expansion of market share has boosted consolidated water consumption by 27% year-on-year, reaching an impressive 197.6 million m3. At the same time, system operation continues to be well-controlled, with water loss rates at BIWASE maintained at the best possible level.
The foundation of this spectacular growth cannot be mentioned without acknowledging the quality of its human resources and its solid financial foundation, further strengthened by the successful issuance of all 31.4 million shares recently. BIWASE's persistent efforts have been validated by two Forbes Vietnam awards in the "Top 50 Best Listed Companies 2026" and "Top 50 ESG Pioneering Enterprises 2026," along with the "Top 100 Largest Private Enterprises Paying Taxes in Vietnam" published on the Government's online newspaper, and many other prestigious awards. The impressive achievements of the first nine months of the year are creating the perfect momentum for BIWASE to reach new heights by the end of 2026.
