Sao Ta Foods (FMC): Sales down 15% to $23.28 million in September

AsemconnectVietnam - Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company (FMC - HOSE) recorded a decline in shrimp and agricultural product sales in September, resulting in a 15% decrease in revenue, marking three consecutive months of declining sales in the third quarter.
In September 2026, Sao Ta Foods recorded total sales of $23.28 million, a 15% decrease compared to the same period last year. Specifically, sales of finished shrimp reached 1,933 tons, a 14% decrease compared to the same period last year; sales of finished agricultural products reached 56 tons, a 40% decrease compared to the same period last year.
Previously, in July, the company recorded total sales of $35.77 million, a 2% decrease compared to the same period last year. August recorded total sales of $32.1 million, a 13% decrease compared to the same period last year.
Previously, in the audited consolidated semi-annual financial report for 2026, FMC's net revenue for the first six months of the year reached over VND3,066 billion, a 20% decrease compared to the same period last year, but after-tax profit reached over VND252.9 billion, an 81.5% increase compared to the same period last year.
