DatVietVAC collaborates with Da Nang City in developing the cultural industry

 Thursday, October 8,2026

AsemconnectVietnam - On October 2, 2026, within the framework of the Da Nang Cultural Industry Development Promotion Conference, the Da Nang City People's Committee and DatVietVAC signed a Memorandum of Understanding, establishing DatVietVAC as a comprehensive strategic partner of the city in developing the cultural industry.

Accordingly, DatVietVAC will participate in consulting and implementing strategies and plans for the development of Da Nang's cultural industry for the period 2026–2032 and subsequent periods, while also coordinating the organization of national and international-scale music festivals in the city.
For Da Nang, this cooperation opens up the possibility of combining its advantages in tourism, culture, cuisine, and night-time economy with DatVietVAC's capabilities in content production, IP development, and event organization. For businesses, this provides an additional space to integrate existing entertainment assets into new business models.
This is also one of the business expansion and development directions mentioned by DatVietVAC's leadership at the Roadshow, which includes diversifying the exploitation of concerts and events from programs and artists, in addition to expanding programs, commercializing artists and IP, owning and training artists, as well as developing a fandom platform that interacts directly with fans.
While concerts were previously mainly a further commercialization layer of television programs, DatVietVAC is expanding into solo concerts, artist fan meetings, and events linked to local tourism. The company also aims to cooperate with localities, infrastructure development units, and tourism companies to organize large-scale cultural events.
According to estimates provided by the company, each such program could generate revenue exceeding VND50 billion. With the capacity to organize approximately 10-15 events per year, the revenue potential from this business segment could reach around 500-800 billion VND/year if properly implemented, while simultaneously creating significant synergistic economic value for local tourism development.
Notably, this model allows DatVietVAC to leverage multiple existing assets simultaneously: IP, artists, fandom, production capacity, and media system. When combined with the tourism resources of each locality, a concert can become a trigger for many other economic activities instead of just generating revenue from ticket sales.
If the business opportunity is successfully implemented, the company expects to record an additional VND60-150 billion in profit, equivalent to a 15-35% increase in after-tax profit compared to the baseline growth scenario. The collaboration with Da Nang takes place at a time when DatVietVAC is preparing to enter a new phase in the capital market.
DatVietVAC's IPO saw subscriptions exceeding 100% of the offered shares. According to the announced plan, the company offered over 11.15 million shares at a price of VND54,800 per share, corresponding to an expected fundraising value of over VND611 billion. The company plans to list its shares on the stock exchange in October 2026.
The plan for using the capital after the IPO continues to focus on core business segments, indicating that DatVietVAC's growth story in the coming period will mainly come from further exploiting its existing ecosystem including content, IP, artists, and fan community.
DatVietVAC aims for revenue of approximately VND5,000 billion by 2030, with an average growth rate of about 15% per year, while increasing the proportion of direct revenue from consumers from about 15% to 20-30%.
In 2026, the company will continue to expand its concert series and live activities. In November 2026, DatVietVAC will bring HIEUTHUHAI's "Say Hi" and "Eyes Closed" concerts to Las Vegas, while the domestic concert series will continue to expand.
