On September 28th, the Board of Directors of Becamex Industrial Investment and Development Group Joint Stock Company (BCM) issued a resolution on contributing additional capital to Becamex Binh Phuoc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company in the issuance of nearly 66.6 million shares to increase the company's capital from approximately VND2,698.3 billion to nearly VND3,364.2 billion.

Currently, BCM is a major shareholder, owning 40% of the capital in Becamex Binh Phuoc. To maintain this ownership percentage after the capital increase, BCM will contribute an additional VND266.34 billion, corresponding to the purchase of approximately 26.63 million additional shares.
This capital contribution will be made in two installments. BCM plans to contribute nearly VND86.34 billion within 30 days of Becamex Binh Phuoc paying its 2025 dividends to BCM; the remaining VND180 billion will be contributed in the second installment.
The continued maintenance of its equity stake in this affiliated company comes as BCM expands its industrial park infrastructure development activities in various locations.
Previously, in July 2026, BCM established Becamex Khanh Hoa One-Member Limited Liability Company with a charter capital of nearly VND694.7 billion, wholly owned, to invest in the construction and operation of the Ninh Xuan 1 Industrial Park infrastructure in Khanh Hoa, covering approximately 495.8 hectares.
Regarding business results, according to the audited consolidated semi-annual financial report, BCM's net revenue in the first six months of the year reached over VND1,661.8 billion, a decrease of 65% compared to the same period last year. Consolidated after-tax profit reached nearly VND320.5 billion, a sharp drop of 82.6% compared to the first half of 2025.
In 2026, BCM aims for consolidated revenue of VND10,230 billion and after-tax profit of VND3,883 billion. After six months, the Group has only achieved approximately 8.3% of its annual profit plan.
As of June 30, 2026, Becamex IDC's total liabilities had increased to nearly VND40,152.3 billion. Of this, total outstanding loans and financial lease liabilities (short-term and long-term) exceeded VND26,333 billion (an increase of 10% compared to the beginning of the year and accounting for the majority of the capital structure). In order to alleviate cash flow pressure, BCM is continuously implementing major financial restructuring operations.
Immediately after the semi-annual report, on September 15, 2026, the Group spent VND2,569 billion to fully settle the principal and interest of the maturing bond issue BCMH2126005. Conversely, BCM also successfully raised VND710 billion through private placement bonds (3-year term, 11% annual interest rate for the initial periods) with the aim of optimizing bank loans.
