Cu Lao Cham Trade - Tourism - Investment (CLC): Profit growth from real estate

AsemconnectVietnam - Cu Lao Cham Trade - Tourism - Investment Joint Stock Company (CLC) has just announced its periodic financial information for the first six months of 2026 with strong business growth. The financial foundation has been strengthened thanks to an increase in equity capital and the elimination of outstanding bond debt.
According to the announcement on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Cu Lao Cham Investment's business operations recorded positive growth with after-tax profit reaching VND462.14 billion, a significant increase compared to the same period in 2025. The company stated that this breakthrough profit stemmed from the fact that CLC's key real estate projects have begun the handover and profit generation phase.
The positive results from core operations have led to a significant improvement in operational efficiency indicators. The return on equity (ROE) reached 12.10%, and the return on assets (ROA) also increased to 2.34%, confirming the company's effective management and optimization of financial resources.
As of June 30, 2026, the equity of Cu Lao Cham Trading - Tourism - Investment Joint Stock Company reached VND4,049.68 billion, an increase of over 72.8% compared to VND2,343.52 billion in the previous period. This increase is mainly due to accumulated undistributed after-tax profits reaching VND1,350.18 billion.
A highlight in CLC's financial picture is the safe control of leverage. The company has fully settled all outstanding privately issued bonds. As a result, the bond debt-to-equity ratio has officially reached 0.
Regarding capital structure, the debt-to-equity ratio decreased to 3.68 times, and the debt-to-total assets ratio also fell from 0.82 times to 0.79 times. Simultaneously, the interest coverage ratio increased from 1.09 times to 2.45 times, demonstrating a solid foundation for financial independence.
In terms of short-term liquidity, the ratio remained at 1.11 times, ensuring efficient working capital management and proactively securing resources to meet short-term financial obligations.
CLC's asset size continued to remain high, with total assets reaching VND18,940.03 billion, creating a solid foundation for the implementation of large-scale projects in the future.
CLC's financial report for the first six months of 2026 was audited by AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. Cu Lao Cham Trading - Tourism - Investment Joint Stock Company was established in 2003, with its headquarters in Da Nang. Currently, the company is implementing a series of large-scale real estate and tourism projects in the city on the Han River.
