According to its development orientation, industrial park real estate is one of the areas Taseco Land will focus its resources on in the coming period, alongside urban real estate, housing, commercial and resort properties. The company aims to continue investing, improving technical infrastructure and increasing the occupancy rate in industrial parks, aiming to increase the contribution of this sector to its revenue structure.
Also, according to the orientation shared by Taseco Land's leadership at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, by the end of 2027, TAL aims to research and develop more than 10 industrial parks, while flexibly adjusting investment plans according to actual market developments and prioritizing the efficiency of each project.
Currently, Taseco Land's industrial real estate portfolio is present in several key industrial development areas in the North, including: Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park, Ninh Binh (223 ha); Taseco Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park Phase 1 in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong (250 ha); Yen Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh (154.48 ha)...
In addition to boosting activities in the industrial real estate sector, participating in the capital contribution to establish Taseco Energy Investment Joint Stock Company is also a strategic step in Taseco Land's long-term orientation to expand its business areas and diversify its revenue structure. Besides opening up more growth potential, the energy sector is also expected to complement the industrial real estate ecosystem that Taseco Land is actively developing.
