Thanh Thanh Cong Investment JSC (TTCI) achieved nearly VND600 billion after-tax profit in6 months

Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company (TTCI) has just released a preliminary report on its financial situation for the first half of 2026. In the first six months of the year, TTCI recorded an after-tax profit of 594 billion VND, an increase of over 13% compared to the same period last year.
TTCI is adjusting its investment portfolio by registering to sell all of its SBT shares. Accordingly, TTCI has registered to sell 137,738,968 shares of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (AgriS, HOSE: SBT) and Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc - Standing Vice Chairman and General Director of TTCI - registered to sell 65,763,808 SBT shares. The transactions were registered for the purpose of portfolio restructuring.
As of June 30, 2026, TTCI's equity was recorded at approximately VND7,408 billion, of which owner's investment capital was VND3,000 billion and undistributed after-tax profit was nearly VND1,870 billion. The company's total liabilities at the end of the period were VND22,440 billion, a slight increase compared to the same period last year. In the debt structure, bank loans increased by nearly 7%, to over VND8,901 billion, and bond loans were at VND1,220 billion. Other liabilities were at nearly VND12,318 billion, a slight decrease compared to the first six months of 2025.
Regarding financial safety indicators, the debt-to-total assets ratio remained at 0.75 times, while the debt-to-equity ratio increased slightly to 3.03 times compared to the same period. Regarding profitability indicators, the return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) in the first six months of the year reached 1.99% and 8.02% respectively, both showing an increase compared to the same period in 2025.
