AsemconnectVietnam - Phu Quoc Civil Construction Company Limited (PCC) has just announced its financial information for the first six months of 2026 with promising results. The company not only recorded stable profitable business performance but also showed a strong improvement in equity capital and financial safety indicators.

In the first half of 2026, Phu Quoc Civil Construction recorded pre-tax profit of VND135.5 billion and after- tax profit of VND95.4 billion. A company representative stated that these results reflect the company's efforts to ensure that all production and business activities maintain stable profitability amidst a volatile market.
Regarding capital size, as of June 30, 2026, Phu Quoc Civil Construction's equity capital increased to VND4,331.2 billion thanks to accumulated business performance. Accordingly, the company's undistributed after-tax profit increased to over VND2,200 billion in this reporting period. The strengthened equity capital reflects the company's internal financial potential, creating an important foundation for long-term development plans.
Besides the growth in capital size, the company's financial safety and liquidity indicators also show an improving trend. Specifically, the short-term solvency ratio increased from 1.15 times in the previous period to 1.23 times in this period, helping the company meet its financial obligations on time and avoiding any signs of working capital imbalance.
Currently, Phu Quoc Civil Construction is in the phase of mobilizing resources to focus on investing in key projects, notably the Cat Ba Central Bay Tourism, Service and Commercial Area Project (Xanh Island). The investment is expected to quickly generate significant cash flow and impressive returns as the project enters its more extensive business implementation phases.
