 Wednesday, September 9,2026

AsemconnectVietnam - On September 4th, Royal Healthtech TTG Joint Stock Company (TTG - UPCoM) held its 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, further specifying its business model transformation strategy.

One of the notable items at this Extraordinary General Meeting is the plan to privately offer 5.5 million shares at an expected price of VND30,000 per share, corresponding to a capital raising of approximately VND165 billion. If the issuance is completed, TTG's charter capital is expected to increase from VND34 billion to VND89 billion.
Of the capital raised, approximately VND58.8 billion is expected to be used to acquire assets, including two land use rights in Moc Chau, Son La, and a commercial and service floor at 93 Lang Ha, Hanoi; Approximately VND106.2 billion will be invested in facilities, equipment, and necessary items to serve the spa and health care business locations.
According to TTG, the mobilization and allocation of capital must ensure the principles of proper use, transparency, and efficiency.
Besides increasing capital, the General Meeting also considered issues related to the structure of the Board of Directors for the 2026-2031 term, aiming to strengthen management capacity in line with the capital scale and new business model.
In the new strategy, TTG aims to develop a health and beauty care system based on a chain model, with Plumeria identified as one of the key brands.
Specifically, from June 2026, the company has invested in and purchased facilities for three health and beauty care locations in Hanoi, Phu Tho, and Ho Chi Minh City with a total value of approximately VND34 billion. According to company data, in July 2026 alone, the facilities initially recorded revenue of approximately VND5 billion. Based on these initial results, in the fourth quarter of 2026, TTG plans to continue implementing 8 wellness spa projects combining technology and AI in various provinces and cities, with a total investment of approximately VND100 billion.
“The shift from the garment industry to healthcare is a major change in TTG's business model. Besides capital, the speed of project implementation, revenue generation capacity, quality control of the supply chain, and capital efficiency will be key factors in evaluating the results of TTG's restructuring in the coming period,” shared Ms. Pham Thi Huy, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of TTG.
TTG is a company listed on UPCoM, formerly known as Thanh Tri Export Garment Factory. Following the equitization process, Thanh Tri Garment Joint Stock Company was established in 2008, and TTG shares began trading on the stock market in 2010. At the 2026 annual general meeting, the company changed its name from Thanh Tri Garment Joint Stock Company to Royal Healthtech TTG Joint Stock Company, and added business lines related to healthcare, beauty, spa, and related services.
