Vinh Hoan (VHC) revenue decreases 10% in July 2026

AsemconnectVietnam - The US and Vietnamese markets dragged down the July 2026 revenue of Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company (VHC - HOSE).
In July 2026, Vinh Hoan's total revenue decreased by 10% compared to the same period last year, to VND1,148 billion. Of this, revenue from the US market reached VND323 billion, down 36% year-on-year; revenue from the Vietnamese market reached VND253 billion, down 15% year-on-year; revenue from the Chinese market reached VND136 billion, up 80% year-on-year; revenue from the European market reached VND234 billion, up 19% year-on-year; and other markets recorded revenue of VND202 billion, a slight increase of 2% year-on-year.
Previously, in the first half of 2026, Vinh Hoan recorded revenue of VND6,398.98 billion, a 9.6% increase compared to the same period; after-tax profit reached VND735.24 billion, a 3.9% increase compared to the same period.
In 2026, Vinh Hoan aims for consolidated revenue of VND14,000 billion, a 16% increase compared to 2025; after-tax profit attributable to parent company shareholders is expected to reach VND1,600 billion, a 13% increase.
Thus, ending the first half of 2026 with after-tax profit attributable to parent company shareholders reaching VND735.24 billion, Vinh Hoan has only completed 46% of its annual plan.
Regarding assets, as of June 30, 2026, Vinh Hoan's total assets increased slightly by 1.3% compared to the beginning of the year, equivalent to an increase of VND169.5 billion to VND13,577.8 billion. Of this, the main assets recorded were VND3,219.2 billion in fixed assets, accounting for 23.7% of total assets; VND 3,193.6 billion in cash and short-term financial investments, accounting for 23.5% of total assets; VND2,875.2 billion in short-term receivables, accounting for 21.2% of total assets; and VND2,124.4 billion in inventory, accounting for 15.7% of total assets.
