Hoang Huy Finance (TCH) reported consolidated after-tax profit of VND164 billion in the first quarter of the 2026 fiscal year
Tuesday, August 25,2026
AsemconnectVietnam - Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company (TCH - HOSE) announced that in the first quarter of the 2026 fiscal year (from April 1st to June 30th, 2026), net revenue reached VND451 billion, an increase of 15.5% compared to the same period last year.
Real estate revenue reached VND203 billion, an increase of 15.7%; revenue from automobiles and components reached VND202 billion, an increase of 11.7%; revenue from leasing and services reached VND47 billion, an increase of 33.4%. Gross profit reached VND140 billion, an increase of 24.3%, bringing the gross profit margin to 31.1%, higher than the 28.9% in the same period last year. Consolidated after-tax profit reached VND164 billion, an increase of 191%. Net profit attributable to parent company shareholders reached VND125 billion, an increase of 231%.
The Q1 profit figures do not yet reflect large-scale real estate handover activities. The full-year results will be seen in the following quarters when the company hands over properties in the New City II and Green River projects. As of June 30, 2026, customer prepayments reached VND6,492 billion, a significant source of support for handover revenue in the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
By the end of June 2026, TCH's total assets reached VND22,278 billion, of which equity was VND14,529 billion. Cash and short-term financial investments amounted to VND4,582 billion. TCH had no outstanding loans or financial lease liabilities at this time.
During the period, the company incurred an increase of VND1,334 billion in "other projects," nearly equivalent to the winning bid price of VND1,322 billion for Lot I14 North Song Cam. Therefore, this increase is most likely the land cost for Lot I14 rather than the construction costs of projects currently being handed over.
As of now, at New City II, the low-rise section has completed the rough construction of most subdivisions, some blocks have been topped out and are expected to be handed over from Q3/2026. Green River has begun handing over some H2 Commerce products that are currently under construction.
