 Friday, August 7,2026

AsemconnectVietnam - Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (CTD - HOSE) has just announced its business results for fiscal year 2026, with both revenue and profit showing strong growth, exceeding the annual plan.

According to the announcement, consolidated net revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 (from April 1st to June 30th, 2026) reached VND10,471 billion, an increase of 25.4% compared to the same period last year. For the entire fiscal year, revenue reached VND34,340 billion, an increase of 38% and exceeding the annual plan by 14.5%.
Gross profit for the year reached VND1,446 billion, an increase of 77.4%, while consolidated after-tax profit reached VND788 billion, an increase of 72.7% compared to the previous year and exceeding the set plan by 12.6%.
Ms. Nguyen Trinh Thuy Trang, Deputy General Director of Coteccons' Operations Division, stated that the most commendable aspect is not the revenue growth rate, but rather the quality of growth, with profits increasing nearly twofold (72.7% compared to 38%). The net profit margin increased from 1.83% to 2.29%. This means that every dollar of revenue this year generated more tangible value.
According to Coteccons' leadership, this result stems from the company's pursuit of a proactive growth strategy, focusing on execution efficiency and improving operational quality rather than simply expanding scale.
In addition to business results, Coteccons also announced its performance bonus policy for employees after the 2026 fiscal year. Accordingly, the average performance bonus fund will reach 3.5 months' salary, higher than the previous year; with outstanding employees receiving bonuses ranging from 6-8 months' salary, and High Effective employees receiving 3-5 months' salary.
Entering the 2027 fiscal year, Coteccons identifies "Discipline" as the overarching keyword in its operational activities.
According to Ms. Trang, discipline does not mean defensiveness or maintaining existing achievements, but rather discipline in execution aimed at creating more value, improving the quality of growth, and achieving sustainable development. "What keeps a team in the lead is not yesterday's goals, but the discipline to continue scoring tomorrow," she stated.
