The Standing Committee of the Ministry's Party Committee and the Ministry's leadership have focused on directing the communication, dissemination, and thorough implementation of the Politburo's and the Secretariat's conclusions, together with resolutions, conclusions, directives, and official dispatches issued by the Government Party Committee, the Government, and the Prime Minister concerning the restructuring of the organizational apparatus and administrative units.
At the same time, they have implemented measures to ensure that the administrative apparatus operates smoothly and effectively. These efforts have been carried out flexibly through in-person conferences, online conferences, and hybrid formats combining both, while communication and public awareness activities have also been further strengthened.
