AsemconnectVietnam - WinCommerce has just announced its business results for May 2026 and the first 5 months of 2026, showing strong growth compared to the same period last year.

Specifically, in May 2026, WinCommerce recorded revenue of VND3,892 billion, an increase of 28.4% compared to the same period last year. The growth drivers continued to come from WinMart+ rural stores, which saw a 60.1% increase in revenue to VND1,112 billion; WinMart+ urban stores increased by 22.8% to VND1,080 billion; and WinMart supermarket stores increased by 16.6% to VND898 billion…
Regarding the store system, WinCommerce opened 116 new stores in May, bringing the total number of stores to 5,056. Specifically, WinMart+ rural stores added 76 new stores, bringing the total to 2,314; WinMart+ urban stores added 39 new stores, bringing the total to 1,845; the WiN chain added 1 new store, bringing the total to 767; and the WinMart supermarket chain maintained 130 stores.
Regionally, the North continued to be the focus of store expansion with 339 new stores opened during the month, followed by the Central region with 119 new stores and the South with 6 new stores. By the end of May 2026, the Northern system had a total of 2,764 stores; the Central region 1,227 stores; and the Southern region 1,065 stores.
For the first five months of 2026, WinCommerce recorded revenue of VND18,911 billion, a 28.7% increase compared to the same period last year. This result is exceeding WinCommerce's revenue growth target of 15-21% for 2026.
Also in the first five months of the year, WinCommerce opened a net 464 new stores, on schedule for 2026 and continuing to adhere to the high-scenario target. Of these, 374 stores belong to the WinMart+ rural model, accounting for 81% of the total number of new stores opened.
