Export tax rates in Export Tariff Schedule amended

AsemconnectVietnam - The Government has issued Decree No. 201/2026/ND-CP amending the export tax rates of some items in the Export Tariff Schedule under Decree No. 26/2023/ND-CP, effective from July 23, 2026.
On June 8, 2026, the Government issued Decree No. 201/2026/ND-CP amending and supplementing the export tax rates of some items in the Export Tariff Schedule according to the List of Taxable Items issued with Decree No. 26/2023/ND-CP on the Export Tariff Schedule, Preferential Import Tariff Schedule, List of Goods and absolute tax rates, mixed tax rates, and import taxes outside the tariff quota.
Specifically, Decree No. 201/2026/ND-CP amends and supplements the export tax rates of certain items specified in Appendix I - Export Tariff Schedule according to the List of Taxable Items issued with Decree No. 26/2023/ND-CP, transforming them into the new export tax rates specified in the Appendix attached to Decree No. 201/2026/ND-CP.
