Nam Tan Uyen (NTC) plans a downward turnover in 2026

AsemconnectVietnam - Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (NTC - HOSE) announced the documents for its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 26th, which will take place in Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2026, Nam Tan Uyen plans to achieve total revenue of VND545.81 billion, a 37% decrease compared to the same period; after-tax profit is expected to be VND226.42 billion, a 29.6% decrease compared to 2025.
Regarding investment plans, Nam Tan Uyen plans to invest VND490.83 billion, including the implementation of the Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park expansion project, phase II; and several other items.
Furthermore, regarding personnel, at the upcoming General Meeting, Nam Tan Uyen will also re-elect members of the Board of Directors and members of the Supervisory Board for the new term 2026-2031. The list of candidates has not yet been announced.
Previously, in the first quarter of 2026, Nam Tan Uyen recorded revenue of VND81.78 billion and after-tax profit of VND39.14 billion, a decrease of 39% and 43.3% respectively compared to the same period.
Due to the decline in revenue, Nam Tan Uyen recorded a 40.7% decrease in gross profit compared to the same period, equivalent to a decrease of VND29.7 billion, to VND43.33 billion.
In addition, during the same period, financial revenue decreased by 54.1% compared to the same period, equivalent to a decrease of VND12.1 billion, to VND10.25 billion; financial expenses decreased by 87%, equivalent to a decrease of VND5.55 billion, to VND0.83 billion. Selling and administrative expenses decreased by 11.6%, equivalent to a decrease of VND0.69 billion, to VND5.26 billion, while other activities showed negligible fluctuations.
Thus, in the first quarter of 2026, revenue decreased, and along with a shortfall in financial revenue, Nam Tan Uyen's net profit decreased by 43.3%, to only VND39.14 billion.
Nam Tan Uyen added that the decrease in revenue in the first quarter was mainly due to the recording of one-time revenue from a land sublease contract in Q1/2025.
