AsemconnectVietnam - On May 14th, Hoa Phat Group (HPG - HOSE) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to build and operate infrastructure in Hoang Dieu Industrial Park in Gia Phuc commune, under the direction of the Hai Phong City People's Committee.

This is Hoa Phat's first industrial park in Hai Phong, with infrastructure leasing expected to begin in Q4/2026.
Hoang Dieu Industrial Park is located in the Northern key economic zone, adjacent to the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway and National Highway 37. From the industrial park, businesses can easily connect to the center of Hanoi (55 km), Dinh Vu Port (60 km), Noi Bai International Airport (85 km), and Gia Binh International Airport (35 km). This location allows businesses in the industrial park convenient access to the Northern production and logistics supply chain.
The project, spanning 245 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND3,400 billion, is invested by Hoang Dieu Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Hoa Phat Group. The project aims to invest in, build, and operate industrial park infrastructure, including land leasing, factory space, warehouses, and offices, prioritizing the attraction of high-tech manufacturing, supporting industries, and logistics businesses.
Currently, the project has received its investment registration certificate and is in the process of preparing for infrastructure construction. According to the plan, the first phase of technical infrastructure will be completed and the land handed over to the first investor from Q4/2026.
With over 20 years of experience in investing, building, and operating industrial park infrastructure, Hoa Phat has developed a chain of industrial parks in line with each economic cycle. As of the commencement of the Hoang Dieu project, Hoa Phat Group's total industrial park land nationwide reached over 2,260 hectares, distributed across Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Ninh Binh provinces and Hai Phong city.
The Group's operating industrial parks, including Pho Noi A and Yen My II in Hung Yen and Hoa Mac in Ninh Binh, have achieved an occupancy rate of approximately 95% of the area with invested technical infrastructure, attracting hundreds of domestic and foreign businesses, including corporations from the US, Japan, South Korea, and Europe.
In the future, Hoa Phat Group will continue to develop industrial park infrastructure linked with social housing for workers in a green and sustainable manner, focusing on key economic development areas of the country.
