CEN LAND (CRE) establishes project development company with VND2,000 billion capital

AsemconnectVietnam - According to business registration information, Cen Land Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (CRE) was established on May 6, 2026, with its headquarters in Lang Ha (Hanoi), and Mr. Pham That Tung as the legal representative.

Although there has been no official announcement, many market sources believe this will be a crucial link in Cen Land's new development strategy. This move comes as Cen Land is accelerating its restructuring, transforming from a real estate service model to a comprehensive real estate ecosystem.
