Sunday, May 3,2026
AsemconnectVietnam - Coteccons Joint Stock Company (stock code CTD) has just announced its consolidated financial report for the third quarter of the fiscal year from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, with after-tax profit doubling to over VND118 billion.
Consolidated revenue for the period (from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026) reached VND6,409 billion, an increase of 28% compared to the same period last year. After-tax profit reached VND118.9 billion, double the VND57.1 billion figure of the same period last year.
The company reported that gross profit from sales and services in the third quarter of the 2025-2026 fiscal year increased by VND131 billion, equivalent to an 84% increase, and the gross profit margin reached 4.48%, a 1.36% increase compared to the same period last year. The main reason for this was a VND1,406 billion increase in net revenue from sales and services, equivalent to a 28.12% increase compared to the same period last year. In addition, the provision for risk in risky projects, proactively implemented by the management since the previous year, mitigated the impact of fluctuations in labor costs, construction materials, and macroeconomic factors on the cost of goods sold during the period.
For the first nine months of the 2025-2026 fiscal year, net revenue reached VND23,868 billion, a 43% increase, and after-tax profit reached VND641.5 billion, a 2.5-fold increase compared to the same period last year.
In the 2025-2026 fiscal year (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026), Coteccons aims for VND30,000 billion in revenue (a 20.6% increase compared to the same period) and VND700 billion in after-tax profit (a 53.5% increase). Compared to the annual plan, Coteccons has achieved 80% and 92% respectively.
As of March 31, 2026, Coteccons' total capital reached VND34,686 billion, a 16.7% increase compared to June 30, 2025. Cash and cash equivalents amounted to VND1,439 billion, a decrease of 47% compared to June 30, 2025.
Shareholder equity increased from VND8,965 billion to VND9,502 billion. Undistributed after-tax profit as of March 31, 2026 reached VND1,594 billion.
Coteccons' liabilities totaled VND25,184 billion, an increase of 21.2%, primarily consisting of short-term liabilities (VND23,593 billion, accounting for 93.6% of total outstanding debt).
On March 26, 2026, the Coteccons Board of Directors approved the implementation of a share issuance plan to increase share capital from shareholder equity with 5,325,020 shares, at a ratio of 20:1. Following the issuance on April 20, 2026, the total number of Coteccons shares distributed was 5,322,816 shares, distributed to 9,642 shareholders at a ratio of 20:1.
The total number of shares after the issuance is 114,026,467 shares (of which 111,823,220 shares are outstanding and 2,203,247 shares are treasury shares).
