DIC Corp (DIG) plans revenue down in 2026 and disburses VND4,371.54 billion in investment

AsemconnectVietnam - The Vietnam Construction Investment Development Corporation (DIC Corp, ticker DIG - HOSE) has announced the documents for its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled to be held on April 24th in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau).
In 2026, DIC Corp plans consolidated revenue of VND3,000 billion, a 37% decrease compared to 2025; pre-tax profit is expected to be VND600 billion, a 27.2% decrease compared to the same period; total investment is expected to be VND4,371.54 billion; and the expected dividend is 6%.
Regarding the investment disbursement plan, the company plans to disburse VND354.37 billion for the Chi Linh center project; VND313.26 billion for the North Vung Tau New Urban Area project; VND685.6 billion for the CSJ complex project; VND204.7 billion for the A2-1 apartment project; VND714.46 billion for the Long Tan tourist urban area project; VND126.12 billion for the Hiep Phuoc residential area project; VND106.58 billion for the Dai Phuoc ecological tourist urban area project; VND329.01 billion for the Vi Thanh commercial residential area project; VND1,279.12 billion for the South Vinh Yen New Urban Area project; VND237.86 billion for social housing project in Nam Vinh Yen new urban area…
Previously, at the end of 2025, DIC Corp recorded total revenue of VND4,756.27 billion, completing 135.9% of the plan, and pre-tax profit reached VND824.25 billion, completing 114.8% of the annual plan.
Regarding dividends in 2025, DIC Corp proposed to shareholders a dividend payment at a rate of 6% in shares, corresponding to the issuance of an additional 47,785,871 shares, expected to be implemented in 2026, after approval from the State Securities Commission.
Regarding the plan to arrange a loan limit, the Company expects to borrow a limit of VND1,400 billion. Of that amount, VND870 billion is for the DIC Emera apartment project in the central area of Chi Linh and VND530 billion for the DIC Silver apartment project in the central area of Chi Linh.
Finally, regarding personnel, DIC Corp is proposing to shareholders the dismissal of Mr. Bui Van Su from the Board of Directors due to his resignation effective June 17, 2025. The company stated that after dismissing Mr. Su, the remaining number of members will still meet the required number, therefore the company will not elect a replacement. The remaining number of members on the Board of Directors will be 4 for the 2023-2027 term.
