Vinh Hoan (VHC): Revenue reaches VND838 billion in February 2026

AsemconnectVietnam - Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company (VHC - HOSE) recorded revenue of VND838 billion in February 2026, an 8% increase compared to the same period last year and a 12% decrease compared to January 2026.
At the end of February 2026, despite a decrease in revenue compared to the previous month, it still increased by 8% compared to the same period last year. Specifically, revenue from the US market increased by 20% to VND298 billion; revenue from the Chinese market decreased by 2% to VND60 billion; revenue from the European region decreased by 0.4% to VND140 billion; revenue from the Vietnamese market decreased by 4% to VND225 billion; and revenue from other markets increased by 26% to VND116 billion.
Previously, in its Q4/2025 financial report, Vinh Hoan recorded cumulative revenue of VND12,026.24 billion for the year 2025, a decrease of 3.9% compared to the same period; after-tax profit reached VND1,451.08 billion, an increase of 11.4% compared to the same period last year.
At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Vinh Hoan approved a revenue plan ranging from VND10,900 to VND12,350 billion and after-tax profit of approximately VND1,000 to VND1,300 billion. Thus, by the end of 2025, the company had achieved 111.6% of its planned profit of VND1,300 billion.
Another noteworthy point is that, when VHC shares declined and recovered weakly, Vinh Hoan approved a plan to repurchase 15 million shares to reduce charter capital and/or increase benefits for shareholders, with a maximum purchase price of VND63,000 per share, equivalent to a maximum of VND945 billion.
The share repurchase is expected to take a maximum of two months from the date of approval by the State Securities Commission.
