Yeah1 (YEG) entrusts VND432.8 billion to MB Capital for investment management in two companies

AsemconnectVietnam - Yeah1 Group Joint Stock Company (YEG - HOSE) approved the policy of entrusting capital investment to MB Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company (MB Capital) to manage two investments.
The first entrusted investment is VND260 billion in Tera Group Joint Stock Company, with a maximum of 13 million shares, and the ownership ratio after investment not exceeding 49.99% of the charter capital, to be implemented in March 2026.
Similarly, Yeah1 also approved the policy of entrusting VND172.8 billion to MB Capital to invest a maximum of 9.6 million shares in Tera Ventures Joint Stock Company, corresponding to not exceeding 49.99% of the charter capital, to be implemented in March or April 2026.
The general terms of the two investment trusts are a one-year trust period, automatically renewed if neither party notifies the other of the termination at least 60 days before the expiration date, and a consulting and management fee of 1% per year.
Thus, the total amount of the investment trust is expected to reach VND432.8 billion to invest in Tera Group Joint Stock Company and Tera Ventures Joint Stock Company.
