Lof International Dairy (IDP) aims for 2.4 times higher profit in 2026

AsemconnectVietnam - These details will be presented by Lof International Dairy Joint Stock Company (IDP) at its 2026 annual general meeting on March 27th.
Accordingly, Lof International Dairy plans for consolidated revenue in 2026 to reach over VND8,300 billion, an increase of 11.7% compared to 2025. Meanwhile, after-tax profit is expected to be 2.4 times higher than the previous year, reaching VND1,400 billion.
In addition, Lof International Dairy will also present to shareholders a dividend distribution plan for 2025 with an expected rate of 50-80%. For 2026, the company expects to distribute dividends of 20-80%, depending on the company's performance and financial situation in the coming period. IDP consistently maintains a very high cash dividend payout ratio for shareholders. In 2023 and 2024 alone, IDP distributed dividends at rates of 85% and 75%, respectively.
Another noteworthy item on the agenda was that in 2025, Lof International Dairy will not pay remuneration to the Board of Directors and will continue to propose not paying this remuneration in 2026.
Regarding investment plans, the company will present to shareholders adjustments to several aspects of the factory project at the Binh Duong branch, including the total investment capital, the capital contribution schedule, and the implementation schedule of the various components.
Regarding personnel matters, the General Meeting plans to dismiss and elect a new member to the Supervisory Board for the remainder of the 2025-2030 term. The list of candidates will be reviewed and compared against the standards stipulated in the company's charter and relevant legal regulations before being submitted to shareholders for consideration.
Previously, Ms. Ton Minh Phuong submitted her resignation from the position of Supervisory Board Member for personal reasons. Her resignation is expected to take effect from March 5, 2026, or upon approval by the General Meeting of Shareholders. Simultaneously, IDP also approved the dismissal of Ms. Chu Hai Yen from the position of Deputy General Director effective February 25, 2026.
