Vietnam animal feed market – January 2026
Friday, February 27,2026
AsemconnectVietnam - Vietnam’s animal feed market recorded a fresh round of price increases in January 2026 following a brief period of stability and slight declines, as higher and more volatile input material costs pushed up production expenses.
Price hikes ranged from VND1,200–1,500 per kg depending on product category and segment, marking the first increase of 2026 after a prolonged period of price reductions throughout 2023 and 2024.
From January 1, 2026, multiple feed producers nationwide simultaneously adjusted selling prices upward, with common increases of VND100–300 per kg for livestock and poultry feed products.
Six companies applied a VND200 per kg increase starting January 1, 2026, including products under the De Heus, Windmill, Koudijs, Anco and Proconco brands of De Heus Vietnam Co., Ltd.; all livestock and poultry feed products of Cargill Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Hoa Phat Dong Nai Livestock Feed Co., Ltd.; Viet Phap Nutrition Joint Stock Company; and Vinafeed Northern Region.
Taiwan International Nutrition Joint Stock Company implemented differentiated price adjustments. The company raised prices by VND300 per kg for product lines including S16A, MOMI, M+1500, T602, R710, M+310, R720, V3, R730, K+NC, K+302 and K+303; increased VND200 per kg for a wide range of other product codes; raised VND100 per kg for K+2008; while reducing VND200 per kg for K+2007.
From January 2, 2026, four additional companies raised prices. Greenfeed Vietnam JSC and USFEED Co., Ltd. both increased prices by VND200 per kg. CNC International Nutrition JSC raised prices by VND180 per kg for layer chicken, layer duck and quail feed, and by VND200 per kg for other products. Viet Nhat Nutrition Technology JSC – Northern Branch increased VND100 per kg for breeding livestock and poultry feed and VND200 per kg for meat livestock and poultry feed.
On January 5, 2026, Hanoi Livestock Feed JSC officially raised prices by VND200 per kg for all livestock and poultry feed products.
Leong Hup Feedmill Vietnam Co., Ltd. was the only company announcing a later adjustment, increasing prices by VND200 per kg from January 10, 2026, for pig and poultry feed products under the Emivest and Gymtech brands.
