Monday, February 16,2026
AsemconnectVietnam - On February 5th, Hoa Phat Group (HPG - HOSE) commenced construction of the Dong Phuc Industrial Park infrastructure project in Bac Ninh province.
The project covers nearly 355 hectares, with a total investment of over VND3,730 billion. It operates as a multi-sector integrated industrial park, prioritizing green and sustainable industries, creating a new impetus for attracting investment to the key economic region of Northern Vietnam.
Dong Phuc Industrial Park is located in Dong Viet commune and Canh Thuy ward, situated on the Nanning - Lang Son - Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh economic corridor. It is a crucial transportation hub in the region, 40 km from the center of Hanoi, 45 km from Noi Bai International Airport, 60 km from Dinh Vu seaport (Hai Phong), and 80 km from Cai Lan port.
Notably, Dong Phuc Industrial Park is located approximately 20 km from Gia Binh International Airport – an international airport currently under construction to 5-star standards and expected to be operational soon. This will be a new driving force for development, increasing international connectivity and providing a superior competitive advantage for businesses investing in Dong Phuc Industrial Park in the near future.
According to the plan, Dong Phuc Industrial Park covers an area of 354.6 hectares, with an operating period of 50 years (from 2025-2075), aiming to develop into a comprehensive industrial park applying modern and environmentally friendly technologies. Regarding progress, the technical infrastructure items within the industrial park are being urgently implemented to ensure early handover of the land.
The industrial park's technical infrastructure system is expected to include many items, meeting all the needs of investors. Specifically, a stable power supply will be provided from two 110/22kV substations. The industrial park boasts its own clean water plant with a capacity of 16,300 m³/day, providing continuous water supply for production activities. The wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 9,300 m³/day, fully meeting current environmental standards. In addition, a comprehensive fire prevention and fighting system is in place, with fire hydrants located along the internal roads.
Besides industrial land, the industrial park dedicates significant areas to green spaces and water features, contributing to a green production environment. Adjacent to the Dong Phuc Industrial Park is a large-scale urban and service area spanning over 41 hectares. This area is planned to meet the housing, amenities, and living needs of experts, technical staff, and workers, contributing to workforce stability and increased investment attractiveness.
The Dong Phuc Industrial Park is expected to begin operations in July 2026, helping to address the growing demand for industrial land in the Northern region.
Currently, Hoa Phat Group is operating the Hoa Mac Industrial Park (Ninh Binh), Pho Noi A and Yen My II Industrial Parks (Hung Yen) stably. The occupancy rate of these industrial parks is approximately 95% of the area with invested technical infrastructure, with Hoa Mac Industrial Park achieving a 100% occupancy rate, affirming the Group's leading position in industrial infrastructure development.
