AsemconnectVietnam - According to the Q4/2025 financial statement of Thuan Duc Joint Stock Company (TDP), the cumulative after-tax profit for the whole year 2025 reached approximately VND99 billion, an increase of 5.3% compared to 2024 and achieving the annual target.

In Q4/2025, Thuan Duc assessed that export and domestic markets had stabilized after a period of significant impact from international macroeconomic policies. Accordingly, the Company recorded net revenue of VND1,293.5 billion, an increase of 15.2% compared to the same period last year.
However, the cost of goods sold increased by 15.8% this period, exceeding the revenue growth rate. This was due to increases of 3-5% in the unit prices of input costs for production activities such as labor costs, processing services, service costs, and energy. This resulted in a 9% increase in Thuan Duc's gross profit, reaching VND105 billion.
In the operating expense group, selling expenses and administrative expenses increased by 6.2% and 36.4% respectively, reaching VND14.9 billion and VND20.8 billion. As a result, TDP's after-tax profit in Q4/2025 reached VND22.8 billion, a 49% increase compared to Q4/2024.
For the whole year 2025, TDP's net revenue reached VND4,761.3 billion, an 8.7% increase compared to 2024. Net profit after tax reached approximately VND99 billion, a 5.3% increase compared to the previous year.
In 2025, Thuan Duc set a business plan with a target of VND4,500 billion in total revenue and VND98 billion in net profit after tax. With the results achieved, the company has met its profit target for the year.
As of the end of 2025, Thuan Duc's total assets reached VND4,470.8 billion, a 13.3% increase compared to the beginning of the year. Of this, 75% of the company's assets are short-term assets. The company currently has VND1,491.2 billion in cash and deposits, an increase of nearly 44% compared to the beginning of the year. In addition, Thuan Duc has VND670 billion in short-term receivables, a decrease of 6.7%; inventory decreased slightly, reaching VND1,135.3 billion, mainly raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished goods.
On the other side of the balance sheet, Thuan Duc still has VND3,352 billion in liabilities, an increase of 14.6% compared to the beginning of the year, with over 92% being short-term debt. The company's borrowings alone amount to VND2,654 billion in short-term loans and VND254.5 billion in long-term loans.
