AsemconnectVietnam - FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (FPT Retail, ticker FRT - HOSE) has announced its business plan for 2026 and plans to hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 17, 2026.

March 13th is the deadline for FPT Retail to finalize the list of shareholders attending the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for April 17th.
In addition to planning the meeting, FPT Retail plans to present to shareholders its 2026 plan with projected consolidated revenue of VND59,500 billion, a 16% increase compared to 2025; and consolidated pre-tax profit is projected at VND1,550 billion, a 27% increase compared to 2025.
Previously, at the end of 2025, FPT Retail recorded revenue of VND51,083 billion, a 27% increase compared to the same period, achieving 106% of the annual plan; pre-tax profit reached VND1,219 billion, a 131% increase compared to 2024, achieving 135% of the set plan.
Of which, online revenue reached VND9,344 billion, a 30% increase compared to the previous year. This result reflects the company's efforts to improve operational efficiency, control costs, and enhance service quality in several business segments.
By the end of 2025, FPT Retail will own a network of 3,263 stores nationwide. Long Chau has 2,417 pharmacies and 223 vaccination centers, an increase of 474 pharmacies and 97 centers respectively compared to the beginning of the year. In addition, FPT Shop maintains a stable scale and optimizes operational efficiency across the country with 623 stores.
During the year, Long Chau's revenue reached VND34,501 billion, a 36% increase compared to the same period, contributing 68% of FPT Retail's consolidated revenue. Alongside expanding its network in areas outside the city center, operational efficiency continued to be stable, with average revenue per pharmacy reaching approximately VND1.2 billion/month.
Also in 2025, Long Chau opened 474 new pharmacies and 97 vaccination centers, bringing the total scale of the chain to 2,640 service points. This increased coverage helps bring essential healthcare services closer to the people, especially in areas with limited access to healthcare.
