 Monday, February 2,2026

AsemconnectVietnam - In 2025, Tasco Joint Stock Company (HNX: HUT) recorded revenue of VND37,000 billion and after-tax profit of over VND623 billion, double the previous year and the highest in its operating history.

According to the recently published consolidated financial report, Tasco achieved net revenue of VND37,005 billion in 2025, an increase of over 22% compared to 2024. Estimated total revenue for the year reached VND52,273 billion, a 36% increase compared to the previous year. This is the highest revenue level in the company's history, largely driven by automotive distribution and service activities – a sector that has become the main growth driver for the business after restructuring.
(HNX: HUT) Besides its core business activities, Tasco's financial revenue in 2025 also recorded positive growth, reaching over VND1,200 billion, an increase of approximately 38% compared to the previous year.
After deducting expenses, Tasco's pre-tax profit reached nearly VND820 billion, a 93% increase compared to 2024. After- tax profit reached over VND623 billion, double that of the previous year.
According to Tasco, these positive results stem from the continued improvement in the efficiency of its core business operations, especially in the segments that contribute the most to revenue. Specifically, gross profit from sales and services in 2025 is projected to reach VND3,307 billion, an increase of VND633 billion compared to 2024. Furthermore, restructuring the investment portfolio to focus on areas that generate added value and sustainable cash flow, along with implementing Kaizen programs, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency, has contributed to gradually improving profit margins in the long term.
By the end of 2025, Tasco's total assets are expected to continue expanding significantly compared to the period before the major mergers, reaching nearly VND52,300 billion. This rapid increase in asset size reflects the formation of a diversified conglomerate, with automotive, smart transportation infrastructure, clean water, and insurance playing a core role. Compared to the period before the merger with Savico (2023) and DNP Holding (2025), Tasco's revenue has increased nearly 35 times.
Specifically in Q4/2025, Tasco's financial statements recorded after-tax profit of VND48 billion, a decrease compared to the same period in 2024 due to the allocation of goodwill from some investments and the revaluation of the fair value of assets from investments that generated transactions during the year. This is an accounting factor that is allocated periodically and does not reflect a decline in the Company's core business performance. Regarding the business results in the separate financial statements, the Company recorded after-tax profit in Q4/2025 of VND51.79 billion, an increase of 283% compared to Q4/2024. This result mainly comes from increased sales revenue and service provision, as well as the Company's implementation of management and operational solutions to improve operational efficiency during the period. In its automotive development strategy, Tasco, through its subsidiary Tasco Auto, currently distributes approximately 16 car brands in the Vietnamese market, ranging from mainstream to premium models. The company has brought global brands such as Geely, Lynk & Co, and Volvo into its distribution system, expanding its showroom network and after-sales service.
By the end of 2025, Tasco Auto aims to own approximately 150 showrooms nationwide, along with a system of over 70 Carpla Service workshops, providing maintenance, repair, and after-sales care services according to standards, to enhance the customer experience after sales.
