This was announced at the Gas Shipping International Gas Products Transportation Joint Stock Company's 2025 business performance review conference on January 12, 2026.
Specifically, by the end of 2025, Gas Shipping estimates revenue of VND3,550 billion, achieving 142% of the plan (plan: VND2,500 billion); pre-tax profit will reach VND125 billion, achieving 104.2% of the plan (plan: VND120 billion profit). Net profit after tax reached VND100 billion, achieving 104.2% of the plan (planned net profit after tax was VND96 billion); and contributed VND27 billion to the state budget.
In 2025, Gas Shipping diversified its operations by transporting 98,000 tons of LPG by road and inland waterway vessels; providing maritime agency services for 269 voyages; and conducting LPG trading with VND2,270 billion.
In addition to business results, in 2025, Gas Shipping also completed a capital increase from VND614 billion to VND675 billion through the issuance of shares to pay dividends for 2024; and completed the investment in two 5,000 CBM LPG transport vessels.
It is known that by the end of 2025, Gas Shipping will own a fleet of 9 LPG coaster vessels and 2 chemical tankers.
In addition, the company's asset size by the end of 2025 reached over VND2,500 billion, a strong increase from over VND800 billion at the end of 2020.
Sharing at the summary meeting, Mr. Doan Duc Trong – Director of Gas Shipping – said that in the past 4-5 years, the strong expansion of the international market has created an important driving force for the company to continuously increase its transportation capacity, expand its capital scale, total assets, and profits.
Entering 2026, Gas Shipping plans to have a charter capital of VND743 billion, revenue of VND3,200 billion, pre-tax profit of VND130 billion, and contribute VND30 billion to the state budget. The company will continue to maintain its dominant position in the domestic market, while simultaneously developing the Gas Shipping brand in the international market through expanding its scope of operations and transportation markets, and diversifying its customer base. Developing trade and logistics sectors based on leveraging resources and strengths.
Regarding investment plans, in 2026, Gas Shipping plans to invest in a gas product carrier (ethylene/SR) or chemical tanker of approximately 20,000 tons, aiming to further expand its market and reduce dependence on a single segment; and to research the market for liquefied natural gas (LNG) transportation.
Gas Shipping anticipates that the LPG transportation market in 2026 will remain similar to 2025 due to the limited number of new LPG coaster vessels entering the market and the continued importance of LPG coasters on short routes, with suitable cargo volumes and high demands for vessel mobility; the ship trading market in 2026 is expected to be more active than in 2025 due to increasing demand for additional and upgraded transportation capacity.
