In 2026, Saigonres plans a total investment of VND3,850 billion, revenue of VND1,380 billion, and pre-tax profit of VND380 billion.
In 2025, Saigonres estimated an investment of VND198.2 billion, revenue of VND337 billion, and pre-tax profit of VND159 billion.
Thus, the estimated plan for 2026 projects a 309.5% increase in revenue and a 139% increase in pre-tax profit compared to the estimated performance in 2025.
Previously, Saigonres continuously received positive information regarding legal aspects and project implementation. Specifically, on November 6, 2024, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province approved the investment policy and the investor for the Nam Tien 2 Urban Area project. The project covers 35.2 hectares with a total investment of up to VND4,253 billion.
In addition, on September 19, 2025, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province approved the investment policy and the investor for the Yen Binh concentrated information technology zone project. This is a concentrated information technology park spanning 200 hectares, currently the largest high-tech project in Vietnam, with a total investment of VND3,534 billion in phase 1.
In August 2025, Saigonres commenced construction on two projects: Phu Dinh Riverside in Phu Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and Saigon An Phu residential area in Tan Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
