HVA Investment intends to terminate cooperation and divest from 3 investment projects

AsemconnectVietnam - HVA Investment Joint Stock Company (HVA) has recently passed a resolution to terminate cooperation and divest entirely from three business cooperation contracts with a total contributed capital of VND75 billion to restructure its investment portfolio.

Firstly, in the FundGo Cinema project, HVA will terminate cooperation and divest VND15 billion of contributed capital under Business Cooperation Contract No. 05/HTKD/HVA-VFILMS with Vfilms Technology Joint Stock Company. This project is in the film investment sector and divestment is expected to be completed in Q4/2025.
Secondly, in the Hanagold project, HVA will divest VND 40 billion of contributed capital under Business Cooperation Contract No. 01/HTKD/HNG-HVA with Hanagold Gold, Silver and Gemstone Joint Stock Company. This is an investment project in gold and the development and exploitation of the Hanagold application platform, with divestment expected to be completed in Q4/2025.
Thirdly, regarding the BTC Blockchain project, the Company also terminated its cooperation and divested VND 20 billion in contributed capital under Business Cooperation Agreement No. 04/HTKD/HVA-BTC with BTC Blockchain Technology Joint Stock Company. The divestment of this BTC blockchain investment project is expected to take place between Q4/2025 and Q1/2026.
The HVA Board of Directors stated that this decision is part of a portfolio restructuring plan, aiming to prioritize more feasible and promising projects and prepare resources for the Company's long-term growth strategy.
During the implementation process, the Company will consider adjusting the divestment of part or all of its capital in specific stages. The highest principle set forth is to preserve the contributed capital and optimize profits at the time of adjustment or termination of the cooperation.
Regarding HVA's business performance, according to the Q3/2025 financial report, the company recorded net revenue of nearly VND20 billion, almost 17 times higher than the same period last year. Pre-tax profit reached approximately VND100 million, a decrease of 93% compared to nearly VND1.5 billion in the same period of 2024. After- tax profit reached over 80 million VND, a sharp decrease compared to nearly VND1.2 billion in the same period.
Despite the decline in Q3 profit, for the first nine months of 2025, HVA achieved net revenue of nearly VND61 billion, 36 times higher than the same period last year. After-tax profit also increased 2.63 times, reaching over VND3.4 billion.
