AsemconnectVietnam - Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (stock code GDT) has just announced unusual information about receiving the transfer of factory 7 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Specifically, Duc Thanh Wood receives the transfer of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land (factory 7) in Chanh Phu Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City for VND150 billion, excluding taxes and fees.
The land plot has a total area of 32,914.2 m2. The project includes 3 factories, 3 warehouses, 1 office building, in addition to a guard house and a canteen.
The Board of Directors of the Company authorized Ms. Le Hai Lieu, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, Deputy General Director to sign the transfer contract and negotiate with the transferor on behalf of the Company.
Regarding business performance, in the consolidated report for the third quarter of 2025, GDT recorded revenue of VND79.6 billion, down 13% year-on-year; profit after tax reached VND20.6 billion, up 29% year-on-year.
The company said that revenue in the period decreased due to the slowing consumption market in the middle of the year, and the delivery schedule of some large export orders was delayed. Profit after tax increased significantly due to the optimization of production costs, reduction of transportation costs, and continued improvement in labor productivity. In addition, the Company increased capital efficiency, reduced financial costs compared to the same period, and focused on selling product lines with higher profit margins, helping to improve gross profit.
In the first 9 months of 2025, GDT's sales revenue reached VND221.6 billion, down 11% compared to the same period in 2024; Profit after tax reached VND52.5 billion, up 36% over the same period in 2024.
