AsemconnectVietnam - After starting the Binh An Duc Hoa urban area project, An Cuong Wood Joint Stock Company (code ACG - HOSE floor) has just announced that it will join a consortium to implement the project investment.

An Cuong Wood through the company's participation in the consortium including Thang Loi Home, An Cuong and Central to implement the Binh An Duc Hoa urban area project in Duc Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province. In which, the detailed content of the consortium was not announced.
Previously, on October 31, in Duc Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province, the consortium of Thang Loi Group - An Cuong Wood - Central Investment and Development held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Binh An - Duc Hoa Urban Area Project (The Win City).
The Win City project has a total investment of more than VND9,200 billion, a scale of 13.1 hectares, with nearly 6,000 apartments, commercial townhouses and a synchronous utility system, providing accommodation for more than 10,000 residents (18 apartment towers from 20 to 33 floors high).
Regarding the cooperation with Thang Loi Homes, at the General Meeting of Shareholders in early 2025, Mr. Le Duc Nghia, Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Cuong Wood, said: "Currently, the total investment value of An Cuong in Thang Loi is about VND520 billion. Recently, a unit asked to buy back this investment for VND800 billion, equivalent to a profit of nearly VND300 billion. We only sold 5%, the transfer contract has been signed and in the near future we can record about VND37 billion in profit from the investment in Thang Loi".
As of September 30, 2025, An Cuong Wood owns 25.5% (at the beginning of the year, it owned up to 30%) of capital at Thang Loi Homes, a unit operating in the field of real estate business and developing residential projects. Notably, in the first 9 months of 2025, An Cuong Wood transferred 4,716,000 Thang Loi Homes shares, resulting in a reduction in ownership from 30% to 25.5%.
In terms of business activities, in the first 9 months of 2025, An Cuong Wood recorded revenue of VND 2,940.6 billion, an increase of 6.4% over the same period, profit after tax of VND358.2 billion, an increase of 8.6% over the same period. In which, gross profit margin decreased from 31.6% to 29.3%.
In 2025, An Cuong Wood plans to have revenue of VND4,046.8 billion and after-tax profit of VND450.2 billion.
Thus, ending the first 9 months of the year with after-tax profit of VND 358.2 billion, An Cuong Wood has completed 79.6% of the yearly plan.
In addition, as of September 30, 2025, An Cuong Wood is still recording receivables of VND 500.99 billion, provisions of VND206.8 billion (at the beginning of the year provisions of VND202.48 billion). In which, there are some provisions at large real estate companies.
Regarding stocks, from December 18, 2024 to December 4, 2025, ACG shares have decreased by 13.3%, from VND40,360 to VND 35,000/share and are still trading below the MA 200 line. In which, the stock has a downward trend and is going against the market trend.
