AsemconnectVietnam - Passing the preliminary and final rounds, Power Generation Corporation 3 - JSC (code PGV - HoSE) continues to be honored in the Top 20 non-financial enterprises with the best Annual Reports at the 2025 Listed Company Awards.

At the Listed Enterprise Conference and the 2025 Listed Company Awards (Vietnam Listed Company Awards - VLCA) held on December 3, 2025, Power Generation Corporation 3 - JSC (code PGV - HoSE) was honored to receive the award for Top 20 Best Annual Reports - non-financial industry group.
This is the second consecutive year that EVNGENCO3 has been honored in the category of Top 20 non-financial enterprises with the best annual reports at the Listed Enterprises Voting, continuing the achievements of 2024 and now 2025.
The Annual Report category has a prize structure including the top 10 financial groups, the top 20 non-financial groups and one first prize. This year, the program recorded 122 enterprises registered to participate, an increase of 27% compared to last year. After nearly 6 months of preliminary judging and reviewing the results, the VLCA organizing committee announced 97 enterprises in the final round and continued to select listed organizations with the best annual reports.
EVNGENCO3's annual report is prepared periodically to provide a comprehensive picture of the production and business activities, construction investment, corporate governance and sustainable development reports applying the International Standards for Sustainability Reporting (GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards) issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB).
In recent times, EVNGENCO3 has always ensured the governance of a public joint stock company listed on the HOSE. In addition to fully disclosing information as prescribed, EVNGENCO3 periodically issues the Investor Newsletter every month; regularly exchanges and works with domestic and foreign securities companies and investment funds... The Corporation also meets the criteria related to shareholders' rights, treats shareholders equally, and ensures the rights of stakeholders based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard criteria.
EVNGENCO3's PGV shares have been listed and traded on the UPCoM market since 2018 and will be listed on HOSE from 2022. The Corporation always adheres to standards in corporate governance and transparent information disclosure. This is the premise for EVNGENCO3 to build trust, expand opportunities to attract capital and investors to participate in the restructuring process in the coming time.
