AsemconnectVietnam - On November 28, 2025, in Tay Ninh province, Hoa Binh Construction Group cooperated with the investor DB Group (Ecopark Founder) to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the Eco-urban, commercial and tourism project in Ben Luc commune, Tay Ninh province (Eco Retreat).

Hoa Binh Construction Group takes on the role of General Contractor in the construction of the rough construction, exterior finishing, and drainage system for subdivisions 5 (242 units) and 6 (221 units) of the Eco Retreat project.
Eco Retreat has a scale of 220 hectares, located along the Ben Luc River, at the strategic "gateway" position in the Southwest of Ho Chi Minh City.
Being selected as the General Contractor for this important project, Hoa Binh commits to prioritizing the mobilization of maximum resources, including: high-quality, experienced human resources; advanced and modern equipment. The top goal is to ensure the construction of the Eco Retreat project in phase 5 and phase 6 is safe, complies with quality, technical standards, and is completed on schedule as committed to the investor.
Following the success of the two projects Haven Park Residences and Sky Oasis Residences in the Van Giang Commercial and Tourism Urban Area (Ecopark), the groundbreaking ceremony of the Eco Retreat project in phase 5 and phase 6 this time is a clear demonstration of the trust of the investor DB Group (Ecopark founder) in the experience, construction capacity and brand reputation of Hoa Binh Construction Group.
