AsemconnectVietnam - Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company (code HSL - HOSE) plans to invest in the green energy sector.

On November 28, Hong Ha Food approved the investment policy in the green energy sector. Accordingly, the Board of Directors assigned the General Director to decide on the investment plan and sign memorandums of understanding, investment cooperation contracts, and transfer contracts for the wind power project with a capacity of 45MW in Ninh Thuan with Tai Tam Group Joint Stock Company.
According to the investigation, the Ninh Thuan - Phuoc Dan wind power project with a scale of up to 965 hectares, capacity of 45MW, the project has received written approval as the investor to implement the project.
According to the plan, Hong Ha Food and Tai Tam Group will cooperate to implement the Ninh Thuan - Phuoc Dan wind power project. The company also aims to cooperate with Tai Tam and other major partners to seek potential green energy projects with clear legal procedures.
Previously, on November 19, 2025, the Board of Directors of Green Energy and Environment Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of HSL) issued a Resolution approving the capital contribution to establish Goldenrock Clean Energy and Environment Company Limited, with the expected ownership ratio after capital contribution being 49%. After completion, Goldenrock will become an indirect affiliate of HSL Company.
It is known that in the list of senior leaders of Hong Food, Mr. Kunwar Pramod Singh was newly appointed on August 15, 2025 to the position of Member of the Board of Directors, this is a person with a lot of experience in the field of green energy development in Asia.
Among them, Mr. Kunwar Pramod Singh was born in 1965, Indian nationality, bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and has worked for more than 35 years in India, Singapore, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
He has held many important positions such as Project Engineer at Nuclear Power Corporation (India) and is currently holding the position of Business Development Director at Levanta Renewal Power Vietnam, Director of Asia Investment Consulting Resources (AICR) Vietnam.
In terms of business activities, HSL's (parent company) after-tax profit in the third quarter of 2025 increased dramatically, reaching more than VND38 billion, an increase of nearly 800% over the same period last year.
